Well, I’ve been interested in learning Erlang to make it work on Parallella board I bought last October, and when I was about to write a short benchmark script, I was astonished by the fact that Erlang doesn’t have any loop.

So, I searched the web trying to figure out how to simply make a for loop, but it seems that you have to use recursion. I remember back in my high school Advanced Algebra class, we used recursion for TI-84 Scientific Calculator…

Parallella installs the full version of Erlang fine. (It was like 111MB).
