I had the chance to visit Google Japan two times this year, which is really special for me.

First, I was invited to an job interview in Google Japan which was in Shibuya at the time (June). (Google Japan recently moved to Roppongi Hills in Tokyo)

I don’t think I can really discuss what the office was like, but it was a real nice experience.

Then, I had the chance to go to “Go Tech Talk” in Roppongi Hills’ Google Japan HQ. I had a two hour course of the programming language called “Go” or Golang. Mr. Andrew Gerrand guided us through the making of an URL shortener, and it was a real good learning experience for me.

I also got a omiyage of chopsticks there. 🙂
